Disclaimer : This consultation is conducted LIVE on Microsoft Teams (formally known as Skype) during your allocated appointment slot. You will be required to download Teams prior to your session. No shows or late appointments will not be rescheduled. If you require a change in your appointment date/time, please email us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any appointments as per our discretion. Because this session is conducted digitally and represents a significant investment of time, energy, and resources, I’m unable to offer refunds or cancellations within a 48 hour time frame. I encourage you to be thoughtful and intentional with your booking. If you’re unsure whether this session is right for you, please reach out with any questions before booking so you can make a confident decision.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your session. Furthermore, you will be charged a $100 fee for last minute cancellations or no-shows. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your session if you require rescheduling. Please ensure that you are online and available for your scheduled call timeously. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session will be cancelled and considered as a no-show.
